REQUEST PROPOSALS FOR CONVENTION CENTER AREA DEVELOPMENT

Requests for development has gone out from The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority for two new hotels, with 400-500 rooms, on the 5.6 acres of land that The Convention Center has recently purchased. They are looking to start construction by late 2013 with completion by 2015.The Authority is requesting 100% financing, building, owning and operating the hotels.
