The next new luxury Boston residential condominium building could be headed to Boston’s Downtown area! On September 9th, the Boston Redevelopment Authority is holding a public meeting at City Hall Square from 6:30-8PM about the proposal of knocking down a commercial building in order to build a new luxury boutique residential building. If approved, this luxury residential building will be taking place of the building that’s now located at 171 Tremont Street in Downtown Boston.
If approved the luxury building will be a total of 65,315 square feet and take up 4,438 square feet of land. It will contain about 19 luxury residential units with off street parking available for 28 vehicles!
The proposal for these luxury units came about with the intentions of utilizing the current building’s prime location by growing the neighborhood, providing another central spot for people to live In Boston’s Downtown area.
