Boston’s Condo Market Continues to Boom

Spurred on by a flurry of sales in the Jamaica Plain, South Boston and the downtown neighborhoods, the Boston condo market boomed in the first 5 months of this year and posted sales up 22% over last year. According to Mary Ann Crush, President of MCM Properties in South Boston, “there were 283 South Boston condo units on the market a year ago and today, only 88″. She went on to say ” that happens when the market is coming back”.
