ANOTHER MAJOR LAW FIRM MOVING TO THE HUB’S SEAPORT DISTRICT

Goodwin Procter Law Firm is the latest to announce a move to the Hubs Seaport District. The firm signed a letter of intent to lease 360,000 square feet in an office building to be built next to the Institute of Contemporary Art on the So. Boston waterfront dubbed as ‘The Innovation District.

Goodwin Proctor will move 860 attorneys and support staffs to the new building that will also include a 135 room hotel and retail space. Goodwin Proctor joins other firms committed to moving into the area.
