Seaport Districts “Pier 4″

The Hanover Company plans to break ground. The project will replace the iconic Anthony’s Pier 4 on the same site. This will be a massive complex which includes 3 glass walled buildings with hundreds of new residences, a hotel and multiple restaurants.

A one acre waterfront park will be built where Anthony’s is now. Anthony’s will remain open while the first new building at Pier 4 goes up. That will be a 21 story apartment and retail tower, but the old restaurant will have to close when construction begins on the new 1 acre waterfront park. As of now, Anthony’s does not have a new location.
