With our cutting edge marketing team over at 81Blue, we custom design everything including listings sheets, mailers, floor plans, brochures, and flyers. Whatever we need to make sure we reach the largest audience. We custom design and produce all our signage with Ardon Vinyl. And that's even before your first open house!

Your Luxe Agent will conduct the best Open Houses imaginable and we have often had our Open Houses catered by the South End Formaggio, Saldino's, JJ Pacia, and even Qdoba, to name a few. (We hired Qdoba for a Super Bowl Open House, and was a huge success!) As a final step, we syndicate out all our data to every single brokerage that has an MLS account - which, ostensibly, is all of them!
